Clayton - pharmaceutical & health-supplement food cleanroom

We have just completed the new production cleanroom facility for Life- Space Group (BioCarna). BioCarna Tablet and Powder Filling and Packing Facility is located in Garden Road, Clayton, which is a south-east suburb of Melbourne. LSG Group invested 80 million dollars to build a total construction area of 21000 ㎡ with a clean area about 4200㎡.We installed the complete cleanroom structure utilizing the specified walls and ceilings that were manufactured EPS panel. The custom doors, windows and surface mounted cleanroom lighting were supplied. We are also responsible for the installation of vinyl flooring, epoxy finishes and all the above ground plumbing works. BioCarna Tablet and Powder Filling and Packing Facility compliances with cGMP requirements of TGA(PIC/S), NMPA and FDA. We are proud to have achieved ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 accreditations in recognition of our compliance with industry-respected practices and our commitment to excellence as standard across all our activates.

Dandenong South – Medical Device Manufacturing Cleanroom

In 2021 we built a sterile face mask manufacturing cleanroom in Dandenong South. Our consultants and contractors showed a conscientious approach to Occupational, Health and Safety and adhered to the various policies and procedures related to working within a high and scientific facility.

Braeside - food & cosmetics cleanroom

Australian Natural Industry specialise in the wholesale manufacturing of Australian made supplement food and cosmetics. Their products are manufactured in a cleanroom environment using only high-quality ingredients and sound manufacturing practice principles. We constructed their new ISO 8 facility, designed and developed by JP consultant. Utilizing locally sourced products to construct a very high standard of finish to new facility.
